Establish a Family Fund
Families have been at the heart of Volunteers of America since its very beginning. Just as important as our service to families, has been the role families have played in helping Volunteers of America fulfill its mission. Since that day in 1896 when Maud and Ballington Booth founded Volunteers of America by dedicating their family to God's service, families in service to the community have been the backbone of Volunteers of America's ministry of service.
A Family Fund is a wonderful way for you to help ensure, for generations to come, the future of Volunteers of America's services to families. By establishing a Family Fund with a gift of $1,000 or more paid over 3 years, you will honor your family's commitment to building a better community and at the same time establish a legacy of philanthropy for future generations of your family. Family Fund gifts are invested and only the annual income produced is used to support services. This makes the gift a permanent asset to Volunteers of America South Central Louisiana.
