Wraparound Services

Wraparound Services provide intensive, team-based care coordination for youth and families facing complex emotional, behavioral, or mental health challenges. Our approach is family-driven, youth-guided, strengths-based, and community-focused, ensuring that services are tailored to each family’s unique needs, culture, and goals.

Through Wraparound, families work with a dedicated Wraparound Facilitator who brings together a Child and Family Team (CFT)—including caregivers, natural supports, providers, and system partners—to develop and carry out an individualized Plan of Care. This plan focuses on keeping youth safe, stable, and supported in their homes, schools, and communities.

How Wraparound Helps

Wraparound Services help families:

Who We Serve

Wraparound Services are available to youth and adolescents (ages 5-20) with serious emotional or behavioral health needs, including those with co-occurring challenges or involvement with multiple systems such as child welfare, juvenile justice, or education. VOASCLA is the Wraparound Agency for Region 5, which includes Lafayette, Evangeline, Acadia, St. Landry, Iberia, St. Mary, St. Martin, and Vermilion Parishes.

Our Commitment

We believe families are the experts in their own lives. Wraparound Services honor family voice and choice, prioritize the least-restrictive, community-based supports, and focus on building sustainable solutions that last beyond program involvement.

Our goal is to partner with families to create hope, promote resilience, and support youth in achieving their fullest potential.
