"Go wherever we are needed and do whatever comes to hand."
This was the pledge made by Ballington and Maud Booth when they founded Volunteers of America in 1896. Now, over a century later, these words still define us as we continue our legacy of responding to the needs of the homeless, families, adults with disabilities, veterans, children, and the elderly in our community through comprehensive case management, outreach, housing, and behavioral health services. Our organization is strengthened by the commitment of over 250 employees, volunteers, and partners working toward real change.
