Thank You for Making This Year’s Event Such a Success!

On May 5, 2026, Volunteers of America hosted our 17th Annual Celebration for Change fundraising event. The Manship Theatre was filled with more than 250 of our supporters, board members and community partners who want to be difference makers. Guests enjoyed cocktails and hors d’oeuvres, but more importantly, they had the opportunity to hear about the life-changing work we do right here in our community.

This year we highlighted our early childhood education program Partnerships in Childcare and the response to this year’s story was amazing! Click here to view this year’s video.

We’re already planning for next year’s event and hope you can join us for our 18th Annual Celebration for Change in May! (Date TBD.) We are so grateful for the community’s support, which allows us to positively impact the lives of more than 38,000 individuals across 27 parishes in South Central Louisiana each year.
