Christopher Geske, LCSW-BACS

About Christopher:

I learned the value of healthy human relationships and the power of understanding and acceptance early in my life. Our connections with and empathy for others play a significant role in our mental health and general well-being.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Board Approved Clinical Supervisor in the State of Louisiana. I obtained a Bachelor of Arts Degree and Master of Social Work degree from Louisiana State University in 1990 and 1992 respectively. “Geaux Tigers”!

I have 30 years of experience working with children, adults, families and couples of all ages from a variety of cultural backgrounds, orientations and lifestyles. I respect the unique experiences, wishes, and needs of each client. I have received extensive training in a variety of treatment approaches and their applications including evidenced based Parent-Child Interaction Therapy, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing.

I enjoy spending time with my family, cheering on the Saints, and eating good BBQ.
