Oberlin Manor

Oberlin Manor is an affordable apartment complex for low-income adults with a chronic mental illness diagnosis who are able to live on their own. (Income requirements need to be met.) The beautiful duplex apartments feature large kitchen appliances provided, an on-site laundry room and a community room. Small pets may be allowed with a security deposit. The town of Oberlin is the parish seat of Allen Parish, located approximately 30 miles north of I-10. There are stores and churches nearby the complex along with the Allen Parish Mental Health Clinic.
