One-Stop Homeless Services Center

Volunteers of America South Central Louisiana, St. Vincent de Paul of Baton Rouge, Open Health, and Southeast Louisiana Legal Services have joined forces to offer a holistic approach in an all-out effort to end homelessness in Baton Rouge.

The One-Stop Homeless Services Center offers a comprehensive range of support services to Baton Rouge’s homeless population and those at risk of homelessness.

Our goal is to end homelessness and provide critical resources that empower individuals on their journey toward stability and self-sufficiency.

Services Offered:

Services available to the day population, include, but are not limited to:

Permanent Supportive Housing
Outreach Case Management
Library Outreach Case Management (Serving 7 branches)
Coordinated Entry & Housing Navigation
Behavioral health services & mental health screening
Employment assistance & vocational training; life skills development
On-site primary medical, dental, and pharmacy services
HIV/AIDS quick testing
Legal services for disability determination & mainstream resource enrollment assistance
Day Center Services – showers, laundry, phone, mail, and computer access
Kids Zone – provides a space where children can feel safe and secure while enjoying age-appropriate learning activities allowing their parents to get the services they need without distraction or fear for their children’s well-being.

The One-Stop Homeless Services Center is located in Mid-City Baton Rouge, adjacent to the St.Vincent de Paul Campus.
