VOA’s Partnerships in Child Care (PICC) program has been providing support for child care providers and parents of children birth to age five for 30 years. As the state designated Resource and Referral agency for 23 parishes, PICC works with some 400 preschools, child care centers, and family child care providers to make Louisiana’s future a brighter one.
